Refers to work currently being carried out below us, around us, by Derwent’s (called Central Cross) or   Fremantle’s                  contractors. Note, sometimes Fremantle, the tenant, does not always advise Joe of its activities but he will    action any complaint. Both Central Cross and Fremantle are committed to minimising noise during working hours. (Camden allows Saturday working to start at 08.00- 13.00, but Derwent has pledged to me as TRA Chair, no earlier than 09.00 -13.00.)

First, determine whether the noise is from Camden’s or Westminster’s side. Our side of the street is in

Camden opposite  is Westminster. The Fremantle building is Camden, but Rathbone Place and The Fashion Academy,

               is Westminster.

Their September 2011 update (mailed to residents) notes that "some activities, due to engineering or operational constraints, will need to go ahead outside of these hours."
